What data we serve

We serve company data from the Lithuanian legal-entities register and the VMI taxpayer register: company names and codes, legal form and status, registered activity, VAT registration, municipality, and filed financial statements. This is public register information, not personal data about private individuals.

What we deliberately do not serve

We do not ingest or expose named directors, shareholders, or beneficial owners. Following the 2022 Court of Justice of the EU ruling (C-37/20), the beneficial-owner register is not open data, and we keep it out of the pipeline entirely. Ownership is available only as aggregate counts — how many Lithuanian and foreign, natural and legal, participants a company has — with no identities attached.

Account data

To issue API keys we store your email and authentication details, your API keys (hashed — we never keep the raw key), and a monthly count of tool calls for metering. Billing is handled by Polar; we do not store card details.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account data at any time. Deleting your account removes your keys and usage records. For requests, contact the address in your account settings.

Lawful basis

Company register data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in providing access to public information. Account data is processed to perform the contract of providing you the service.
